My own health journey has not been perfect.
I grew up eating traditional foods that were often high in carbohydrates. I struggled with cravings, low energy, and finding time to exercise while balancing career, family, and life’s responsibilities.
Even as a clinician, I knew the science, but applying it in real life was another challenge.
That experience shaped how I coach today. I understand that health is not just about knowledge. It is about your environment, culture, routines, mindset, boundaries, stress, family responsibilities, and the support you have around you.
